FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What resolution does my photo need to be?
Our builder checks it for you. Aim for roughly 150 DPI or better at your chosen size — if a file is too small we suggest a smaller frame rather than letting you order a soft print.
Can you frame something I already own?
Yes. Choose your framing in the builder and note it at checkout; we send a prepaid, protected shipping kit for you to send the piece to our studio.
Do I need to measure anything?
No. You pick the finished frame size and we handle the mat opening, overlap and tolerances so your image sits correctly.
Should I add a mat?
A mat gives the image breathing room and keeps the print off the glazing. We recommend one for most photographs and certificates, and often skip it for large posters.
Which cover should I choose?
Standard acrylic suits most rooms. Choose UV protective in sunlit spaces, and anti-glare where lamps or windows cause reflections.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are made in three to five business days, plus shipping. Statement mouldings and oversized pieces can take a few days longer.
How does it arrive?
Assembled, wrapped in corner protection, with hanging hardware fitted and wall hooks included. Nothing to build.
