If it isn't right, we make it again.
Custom frames are cut to your image and size, so we handle problems by remaking rather than restocking.
Our craft guarantee
Any defect in the frame, mat, print or assembly is remade at no charge. Just send photos within thirty days of delivery.
Damaged on arrival
Report transit damage within seven days with photos of the packaging and the piece and we ship a replacement immediately.
Changing an order
You can cancel free of charge until production starts, usually within twenty-four hours of ordering — use the Cancel button on the order tracking page and your refund is issued straight away. After cutting begins the materials are committed to your piece, so contact us and we will help.
Changed your mind
Because each frame is custom made, we can't accept general returns once a piece has been produced. If you're unsure about a size, contact us before ordering and a framer will advise.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and take five to ten business days to appear on your statement.
