- What we frame
- Photographs, artwork, digital files, scans and prints uploaded as JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF. We print the file and frame it; we do not frame physical items sent by mail.
- Sizes
- 16 sizes: 8x8 in, 8x10 in, 10x10 in, 11x14 in, 12x12 in, 12x16 in, 12x18 in, 14x14 in, 16x16 in, 16x20 in, 16x24 in, 18x24 in, 20x20 in, 20x28 in, 24x32 in, 28x40 in.
- Frame styles
- 9 mouldings: Matte Black, Matte White, Natural Oak, Walnut, Black Box, White Box, Natural Box, Gold, Silver. Profile widths 0.6–0.85 in.
- Mats
- Snow White, acid-free, bevel cut. Border width is standard for each size (1.5–2.5 in). Not available on every frame and size combination.
- Glazing
- Shatter-resistant acrylic on every frame. Light, safe and clear — fitted to every frame as standard.
- Enhanced Matte Art — A smooth 200gsm matte art paper. Our everyday standard.
- Resolution needed
- 240 DPI or better at the chosen size for a crisp print; 300 DPI is ideal. The builder measures your file and warns you before you order.
- Prices
- From $50.00 for the smallest framed print to $286.00 for the largest with a mat. Printing, glazing, mounting and hanging hardware are included — there are no add-on fees.
- Turnaround
- About 3 working days to print and frame, then transit time on top.
- Shipping
- Standard (5–8 business days after production.); Tracked (3–5 business days, fully tracked.); Express (1–3 business days, fully tracked.). Free over $150. Calculated at checkout.
- Returns
- 30 days. If the finished piece isn't right we remake it or refund it; there is no restocking fee.
- Delivered
- Assembled, glazed and ready to hang, with hanging hardware fitted and wall fixings included.
