These are our standard timings. Exact dates are confirmed by email once your piece goes into production.
Production time
Most frames are made in three to five business days. Statement mouldings, oversized pieces and mail-in framing can take a few days longer.
Delivery
Standard delivery is three to six business days after production. Free on orders over $150. Expedited options are offered at checkout where available.
Packaging
Every frame ships assembled, with corner protection, a rigid face board and moisture wrap. Hanging hardware is fitted before it leaves the studio.
Oversized pieces
Frames above 24 × 36 in travel by freight in a custom crate and may require a signature on delivery.
Damage in transit
It's rare, but if it happens, photograph the packaging and the piece and contact us within seven days. We remake and reship at no cost.
