Does Print on Demand Include Framing?
Some print-on-demand catalogs include framed products, while others focus on unframed paper, posters or canvas. Check the exact product, destination and frame specification before promising a ready-to-hang result.

A printed image is not automatically framed
Print-on-demand describes how an order is produced, not whether it includes a moulding, mat or glazing. A product may arrive as a loose print, a rolled poster, a mounted panel or a complete frame.
Read the product dimensions carefully. The paper size, visible image size and finished outside frame size are different measurements when a mat and moulding are involved.

What to check in a framed POD product
Look for the moulding material, cover or glazing, backing, hanging hardware, mat options, packaging and the regions where the framed version is available. A framed product can vary more by destination than an unframed print.
Order a sample if you are selling a collection. The frame changes perceived color, scale and price, so a flat mockup is not enough to judge the final object.

How to finish an unframed POD print
Keep the original file and the paper dimensions, then use a dedicated framing service to choose the moulding, mat and cover. That lets the buyer make a room-specific decision instead of receiving a print that still needs another project.
